Returns and refunds

If you need to return an order or request a refund for any reason, please email shop@cyclinguk.org, or phone us on 01483 238300 (Monday to Friday 10am-4pm).

With certain exceptions, if you change your mind about a product, you are entitled to return it at your own expense for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. It must be in a new and unused condition and with original packaging in a state that allows it to be resold. 

If a product is faulty, please report it to us as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
